Where can we see your jewelry?

I currently sell on my website and at art shows around the country. Please check my schedule for upcoming shows. For now, all shows for 2020 have been cancelled due to the pandemic. You can also follow me on instagram to see my newest designs.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes. Most of the pieces featured on the website can be reproduced in a different color or size. Custom orders are only returnable for exchanges or store credit.

When will my order ship?

Items in stock will ship within 24 hours.

Please allow some production time for out of stock items. That will depend on the complexity of the piece and availability of the materials. Please contact me for specifics.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

I ship via USPS.

  • All orders over $75 ship free
  • $5 flat rate for orders shipped via first class USPS 
  • $8 flat rate for orders shipped via Priority Mail
  • You can upgrade to expedited shipping or add insurance for an additional charge, please contact me before placing your order.

There is a 6% tax added to all PA orders, 7% for Allegheny county. Determined by your shipping address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay through PayPal using a bank account or a credit card.

I also accept checks and Zelle payments. Please contact me for details.

What is your return policy?

You can return items in their original unworn condition within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund minus shipping charges, or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. A refund will be issued as a check and mailed to you after I’ve received and inspected the item.

I accept no returns on digital downloads.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

I will never share your information with anyone. It will only be used in connection with your orders and your use of the website.
